Terms & Conditions — LogsNX ERP

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LogsNX ERP (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must comply with applicable laws and not use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
3. Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all business and financial data you input.
- You grant LogsNX a limited right to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service.
4. Backups & External Integrations
- Backups to Google Drive are initiated and controlled by you.
- LogsNX is not responsible for data stored in external systems (e.g., Google Drive).
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LogsNX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LogsNX is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogsNX LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service,
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws,
- Any data or content you provide.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UAE.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you by email or in-app notice.
